COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY

Affiliate Disclosure

This page explains how any future affiliate relationships should be identified and how commercial links should be kept separate from evidence-based information.

Current build: the supplied homepage links to official provider information and is not intentionally configured with affiliate tracking. If affiliate links are added, this disclosure must be reviewed and the links clearly identified before publication.

What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is a link that may allow a publisher to earn a commission or referral fee when a reader takes a qualifying action, such as signing up or buying a product. The exact action and payment depend on the relevant affiliate programme.

How we intend to disclose relationships

If BestStackHub uses affiliate links, the page should include a clear notice close to the relevant recommendation or link, and the relationship should be explained here. Readers should not have to search through a footer or policy page to discover that a link may generate compensation.

Does compensation determine a recommendation?

Commercial participation should not be treated as proof that a provider is best for a particular reader. Comparisons should explain relevant features, country restrictions, costs and limitations, and should include suitable alternatives when available. Paid placement must not be disguised as an independent ranking.

Provider terms still apply

An affiliate link does not guarantee eligibility, approval, a special price or a successful payment route. Availability, account requirements and fees are set by the provider and may change. Confirm the offer and the provider's current terms before acting.

How to read our links

Official documentation links are provided to help readers verify claims directly. A link to a provider's official page is not, by itself, evidence that an affiliate relationship exists. Where a link is commercial, it should be labelled clearly.

Disclosure maintenance

Before enabling monetisation, the site owner should keep a record of active affiliate programmes, check their disclosure requirements, update page-level notices and ensure that privacy/cookie information matches any tracking technology used. The Privacy Policy must also be updated if tracking is introduced.
